1. General Provisions
These terms of use govern the use of the Net Sport platform ("the Platform") and related services provided by Net Sport ("the Company"). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Service Description
Net Sport provides IP camera recording systems for sports facilities, online reservation management, match-recording playback, and clip-creation services. The services are accessible via web and mobile application.
3. User Account
To benefit from the Platform's services, you must create a user account. You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information. You will be held responsible for all transactions carried out under your account. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from the app via Profile > Danger zone > Delete account.
4. Rules of Use
You must comply with the following rules while using the Platform:
- Not act in violation of laws and regulations
- Not infringe the rights of third parties
- Refrain from actions that would jeopardize the security of the Platform
- Not share spam or unwanted content
- Not use the Platform for purposes other than intended
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, software, logos, and trademarks on the Platform belong to Net Sport and are protected by intellectual property rights. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
6. Match Recordings and Privacy
Recordings made at sports facilities are carried out with the consent of the facility and the players. Recordings are provided for the players' personal use. Sharing recordings with third parties is the user's responsibility. For these recordings, the facility is the data controller and Net Sport acts only as a data processor providing the technical infrastructure on the facility's instructions; informing and, where required, obtaining the consent of the persons recorded is the facility's responsibility.
7. Payment and Refunds
Net Sport does not currently charge users for reservations or match access through the Platform. If paid features are introduced, the applicable pricing and the payment, refund and right-of-withdrawal terms will be presented to you before purchase and published on the Refunds & Cancellations page.
8. Limitation of Liability
Net Sport does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Service interruptions may occur due to technical failures, maintenance work, or force majeure. No liability is accepted for direct or indirect damages arising from such situations.
9. Changes
Net Sport reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates take effect on the date they are published on the Platform. Users are advised to check this page regularly.
