Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your Net Sport account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the Net Sport mobile app and website.

1. Delete your account in the app

The fastest way is directly in the app:

  1. Open the Net Sport app and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile screen.
  3. In the Danger zone section, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm, then enter the verification code sent to your email address.

Once confirmed, your account is deleted. This action cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. We verify ownership of the address and then delete the account. We respond within 30 days.

3. What is deleted

Deletion removes your account and the personal data tied to it, including your profile information (name, username, email), your sign-in credentials and active sessions, your device push-notification tokens, and your app preferences.

4. What may be retained, and for how long

A limited set of records may be kept for a longer period only where the law requires it (for example, transaction, security or dispute records under Turkish legislation) or in anonymized form that can no longer identify you. Any such data is kept strictly for the legally required retention period and then deleted or anonymized, in line with our KVKK disclosure and Privacy Policy.

Camera footage recorded at sports facilities is controlled by the facility, not by Net Sport, and is subject to that facility's own retention rules.
