1. Current Status
Net Sport does not currently charge users for reservations, match access or any other feature through the app or website. Because no payment is collected from users at this time, there is no purchase to refund or cancel.
2. Facility Payments
Where a sports facility charges you for court reservations or services, that payment is made to and handled by the facility under its own terms. Net Sport is not a party to those transactions and their refund/cancellation is subject to the facility's rules.
3. When Paid Features Are Introduced
If Net Sport starts offering paid features, then before you complete any purchase you will be presented with a pre-information form and, where applicable, a distance sales agreement, including pricing, the payment method, and your right of withdrawal (cancellation) and refund terms in line with Turkish consumer-protection legislation. This page will be updated accordingly.
